Envision a hybrid practice... You'll flow. You'll sweat. You'll strengthen. Upbeat music and moderate heat and humidity make this fitness-oriented, cardio-boosting class an awesome, energizing challenge! 60 minutes.
In this 60 minute hatha style class you'll move through a series of postures in a higher heat environment with low humidity. You'll hold postures longer, while focusing on alignment and pranayama (breath). Connect with your body, breath, and mind through this grounding practice.
This 45-minute class will focus on the importance of proper alignment in your yoga practice. Learn the nuances of optimal body positioning and give your overall practice a boost! Great for beginners and more advanced practitioners alike. Minimal heat/humidity.
This 30-minute class is all about the core. There's no question about it. Core strength enhances the practice of yoga. Give your practice (and your posture!) a boost with abdominal and spine- strengthening exercises in this targeted series. Moderate heat/humidity.
We haven't forgotten about our young yogis! Introduce your children ages 6-13 to the benefits of yoga early, and lay the foundation for a lifelong practice. We'll cover basic postures, breathing, and movement. No added heat or humidity.
Our brand new 670sf studio boasts high ceilings, a dramatic feature wall, plank flooring, designer lighting, grand double entry doors, wall-to-wall 8 foot mirrors, and large windows to allow for natural light. This is a space you'll want to be in.
A dozen powerful infrared heaters warm the studio quickly and completely from overhead. Humidification completes the optimal yoga environment, promoting detoxification and supporting healthy breath. Classes are offered with varying levels of heat and humidity to appeal to any yogi.
We'll provide blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters in the studio for your use. Forgot a mat, towel, or water? No problem, these items are available for a nominal fee in our boutique.
