This unique collaboration combines the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra with the calming benefits of auricular (ear) acupuncture to help ease stress, release tension, and promote overall well-being.

Jenn Kirkpatrick will guide you through Yoga Nidra, a peaceful, guided meditation often called "yogic sleep," designed to bring the body into profound relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. As you rest comfortably, Heather Easter will provide gentle ear acupuncture placed at specific points to support relaxation, balance, and the body's natural healing response.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply in need of a reset, this nourishing experience offers a supportive space to slow down, restore your energy, and leave feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed.

No experience with Yoga Nidra or acupuncture is necessary. Cancellations within 24 hours of event are not subject to refund.

relax: an aveda spa experience

Friday, Sept 18

6 - 7:15PM

with Kelly Klein

$49 for members; $59 for all others. Cancellations within 24 hours of event are not subject to refund. Sign up on our app by clicking "book" then "workshops".

Begin the night by indulging in Aveda-inspired spa rituals designed to awaken the senses and nourish the body. Guests will enjoy mini treatments and hands-on experiences including:

  • Refreshing spa facials to brighten and hydrate tired skin
  • Rejuvenating body treatments that soften, restore, and energize
  • Aromatic rituals using Aveda’s plant-powered products

After the spa experience, settle into stillness for a guided meditation.  This deeply restorative practice allows the body to fully relax while the mind gently drifts into a state of calm awareness. This closing meditation will help integrate the evening’s renewal, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.

Room is heated to 95 degrees to start (20-30 minutes), then cooled to approximately 85 degrees for the remainder of the event.

As the owner of Santosha, Kelly wears a lot of hats — from teaching yoga and developing studio programming to shaping the member experience and helping the studio continue to grow and evolve. At the heart of it all is her belief that wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it starts with one class, one deep breath, or one small decision to make yourself a priority.

Our bodies naturally store stress, tension, and unfinished experiences—often in places like the hips. Through gentle, guided movement, Somatic Hip Release creates a safe space for your nervous system to soften, allowing your body to release what it no longer needs to carry.

This isn't about pushing or forcing change. It's about creating more room to breathe, feel, and reconnect with yourself. Join me for this powerful practice and experience what becomes possible when the body feels safe enough to let go.

Jessica Larsen is a certified somatic practitioner whose work is rooted in a deep understanding that healing does not happen through the mind alone. With a degree in Social Work, more than a decade of experience in fitness and movement coaching, and as a Certified Somatic Practitioner, she brings together emotional awareness, nervous system support, and intentional movement in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and accessible.

reflect: a gateless writing circle

Sunday, Sept 27

12 - 2PM

with Diane Schroeder

$49 for members; $59 for all others.  Register on the Santosha Studios mobile app or via our website "schedule" tab.  No refunds given for cancellations made within 24 hours of event.

A Gateless Writing Circle is a supportive space where your nervous system can soften, and your inner critic is invited to step aside. This isn’t about being a “good” writer—it’s about expression, connection, and letting your authentic voice come through.

We begin by creating a safe, welcoming container with breathwork and a guided meditation to help you drop into a relaxed, creative state. From there, you’ll receive a prompt and write for 15–20 minutes—no overthinking, no editing. You’re invited (but never required) to share. In this space, we don’t judge or critique. We simply reflect what is strong, honest, and alive in your words.

No writing experience needed—just bring a pen, paper, and a willingness to try!

After 24 years in the fire service, Diane Schroeder stepped away from a role that shaped her identity and nervous system. Gateless writing became a powerful tool for healing—helping her process, ground, and release what she no longer needed to carry. Now, as a Gateless-trained teacher, she leads "The Table" a weekly virtual writing salon, and holds space for others to reconnect with themselves through writing.
