March is a time when we begin to reawaken from our Winter's rest and embrace the renewal of Spring. In this 75-minute offering, Deb will guide you through a renewing yin practice while Jenn provides harmonic sounds to aid in embracing new pathways to growth.

Imagine spending 90 minutes immersing yourself in progressive relaxation, stillness, and guided meditation, all as you journey through a thermodynamic therapy experience. Customized Aveda face and body treatments are offered during your session (optional).
You will begin your session with 20-25 minutes in a high-heat (95 degrees), low humidity environment. Next, the room will be cooled quickly, with added humidity, for the next 20-25 minutes. Cool towels, body mists, and ice-cold infused water will help your body cool down, refresh, and renew. Finally, you will rest in a moderate heat environment (80-85 degrees) for the remainder of the session while enjoying soothing music, aromatherapy, warm tea, weighted eye pillows, and guided visualization. This event involves no yoga or movement; you'll settle back in zero-gravity chairs and simply surrender into complete relaxation.

The Spring equinox is marked by sharply contrasting climates; we experience a taste of warmer weather to come, while also making room for Spring snow and March blizzards! Mark your calendar this special event highlighting the wonderous variety of Spring. Start the season off right with a combination of challenge and surrender, heat and cold.
In this unique class, Kelly will guide you through a 40-minute powerful vinyasa flow in a high heat environment (100 degrees) with added humidity (30%), honoring the coming Spring warmth. After working up a sweat and energizing our bodies, we'll cool the room quickly and move into a HIIT style cardio session, led by Elizabeth, for the next 20 minutes. In this portion of class, we'll be reminded of the invigorating coolness Spring can bring. Finally, we'll wrap our "fire and ice" flow with an extended savasana (15 minutes) including cooling body treatments and a guided meditation intended to promote growth and renewal.
Best suited for intermediate to advanced practitioners.

In this unique workshop, you'll learn about the mind-body connection which creates the experience of anxiety. Focus will be on engaging the parasympathetic nervous system through breath work. You'll be guided through gentle yoga (for all levels) while identifying anxiety in the body and releasing it through opening and breathing.
Struggle with stress and anxiety? This is the workshop for you! Cathy Henricks is one of Santosha Wellness' talented licensed therapists. She has over 35 years of experience and specializes in therapy for anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, eating disorders, and addictions.

Join our FREE weekly Mindfulness for Stress Relief Support Group, a welcoming space to connect, unwind, and learn effective tools for managing anxiety. During each 60-minute session we will take time to share, cultivate mindfulness, build resilience, and find calm in the chaos of daily life. Whether you're new to mindfulness or have practiced before, everyone is welcome! Please bring a yoga mat. Comfortable clothing is recommended for your ease but not required.
This mindfulness support group will be led by Celia Kelly, Santosha’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern. Celia’s counseling focus is on body image, depression, and anxiety, in which she makes use of mindfulness to help her clients deepen their awareness of their thoughts and feelings in the therapy space. She looks forward to expanding this mindfulness practice to a group setting.
