This immersive studio experience begins with 30 minutes of slow, grounding yin yoga to gently open the body and calm the nervous system, creating space for deeper awareness. From there, you’ll transition into 90 minutes of conscious connected breathwork, guided with intention to support emotional release, clarity, and inner connection.
Designed as a journey inward, this extended practice invites you to soften, breathe deeply, and access profound states of relaxation, insight, and renewal—leaving you feeling lighter, more open, deeply aligned, and ready for the year ahead.
Ashley offers a gentle, calm, and kind presence, guiding each breath journey with a soft-spoken voice and steady care. Her approach creates a safe, supportive space where you'll feel at ease to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect inward.
Kelly brings long, grounding holds to her students, and guides with thoughtful insights woven throughout the practice. She invites students to explore both the physical and emotional layers of the experience, creating a deeply reflective and nourishing class.

In this thoughtfully designed workshop, you’ll explore gentle, practical ways to support nervous system balance through yoga, mindfulness, acudetox, and insights from polyvagal theory. These integrative practices are intended to cultivate a deeper sense of safety, ease, and resilience in the body.
As mindfulness teacher Jon Kabat-Zinn reminds us, “You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.” Each workshop is organized around a nervous system regulation theme, blending understanding with embodied experience. The hope is that you leave feeling empowered and resourced, with tools you can return to in daily life—so you can meet life’s inevitable waves with greater steadiness, flexibility, and care.
Heather Easter and Danelle Chapman are local mental health therapists who are passionate about teaching nervous system awareness and sharing accessible tools that help clients cultivate calm, balance, and long-term resilience.
