Join our FREE weekly Mindfulness for Stress Relief Support Group, a welcoming space to connect, unwind, and learn effective tools for managing anxiety. During each 60-minute session we will take time to share, cultivate mindfulness, build resilience, and find calm in the chaos of daily life. Whether you're new to mindfulness or have practiced before, everyone is welcome! Please bring a yoga mat. Comfortable clothing is recommended for your ease but not required.
This mindfulness support group will be led by Celia Kelly, Santosha’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern. Celia’s counseling focus is on body image, depression, and anxiety, in which she makes use of mindfulness to help her clients deepen their awareness of their thoughts and feelings in the therapy space. She looks forward to expanding this mindfulness practice to a group setting.

In times of uncertainty, the power of pausing to prioritize the mind, body, spirit connection is vital. This month’s immersive sound experience will focus on nurturing this connection. Through the power of sound and vibrations, we’ll work to reset the nervous system with rhythmic drum beats, melodic chimes, monsoonal rain, and the flow of ocean tides. We’ll do our best to release unsettled energy to strong gong beats and then rest to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Give yourself permission to pause, breathe, reconnect, and reclaim your inner peace.
Wear comfy clothes, bring your mat, a blanket, and a pillow. Zero gravity chairs available for rent ($10).

In this unique workshop, you'll learn about trauma, how it is stored in the body, and how it impacts the body. Cathy will provide education on the Vagus Nerve and Polyvagal theory, which frames trauma in terms of "retuning" the nervous system. To heal trauma, she will help give your nervous system cues of safety so that it re-tunes itself to being more stable.
Reduce feelings of shame and hopelessness and feel the freedom to navigate through difficult situations with ease. This unique workshop will end with mindfulness meditation, allowing for deep and restorative relaxation.
Cathy Henricks is one of Santosha Wellness' talented licensed therapists. She has over 35 years of experience and specializes in therapy for anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, eating disorders, and addictions.

Imagine spending 90 minutes immersing yourself in progressive relaxation, stillness, guided meditation, and (optional) Reiki all as you journey through a thermodynamic therapy experience. Customized Aveda face and body treatments are offered during your session.
You will begin your session with 30 minutes in a high-heat (95-100 degrees), low humidity environment. Next, the room will be cooled quickly, with added humidity, for the next 30 minutes. Cool towels, body mists, and ice cold infused water will help your body cool down, refresh, and renew. Finally, you will rest in a moderate heat environment (80 degrees) for the remainder of the session while enjoying soothing music, aromatherapy, warm tea, weighted blankets, and guided visualization. Guaranteed to leave you feeling calm, relaxed, and recharged.
To benefit most, it is recommended that you wear a tank top/sports bra with shorts. Clean, damp hair and makeup-free skin is also encouraged.
