We require one month written notice for cancellation, so you'll be charged just one more time after sending your cancellation request, and you can use your membership for one month beyond your last billing date.

If you want to switch from a membership to a 10 or 20 class pack, we can waive the one month notice requirement, but you must purchase the class pack on your next billing date. 


Keep in mind, class packages are not memberships, so discounts and promotions for members would no long apply if you move to a class package.

 Out of respect for our students and teachers, classes are closed for admission at the time the class or event is scheduled to begin. We do not allow late entry to classes or events.


If you do not come to a class you have registered for or if you do not cancel with at least 2 hour's notice, you will be charged a $15 fee.  If you have exten

  No, we do not offer specifically prenatal yoga, but pregnant women are welcome at all of our classes! 


That being said, we always advise you to discuss your yoga practice with your medial provider and get their approval prior to taking a class. We don't require written approval by your provider.

  Yes, we do offer room-only rental of our beautiful studio space. Please email us at info@santoshastudios.com with details of your request. Someone from our staff will reach out to you to discuss your event idea. 


Please be aware there is a 2-hour minimum for room-only rental, at a minimum of $100 per hour.

   No, not all of our classes have added heat. We understand that a heated practice is not for everyone. 


That being said, the room is always warm; at least 75 degrees. This promotes muscle relaxation and greater range of motion, among many other health benefits! 


Our classes vary in temperature depending on the class format. Gentle classes

Our classes vary in temperature depending on the class format. Gentle classes like Renew, Restore, Rest, and Calm are held in a slightly warm room—around 75-80 degrees, with no added humidity. 


Our heated classes, such as Flow, Glow, Connect, Heated Calm, and Flex, benefit from infrared heat panels and added humidity. 


Temperatures for heated classes range from 80 to 100 degrees, depending on the class format. More detailed descriptions of each of our class formats can be found under the yoga tab of this website.

    We offer membership suspension for medical reasons only.  We do not pause or suspend due to travel.  


Please request your medical suspension at info@santoshastudios.com and be prepared to provide documentation from your medical provider, if needed.

Yes!  Active-duty military, first responders, currently enrolled students, and teachers are eligible to receive 10% off an unlimited monthly membership.  


Please note, when you purchase this membership, the discounted first month does not apply.


Valid ID required at the time of purchase and may be required at contract renewal.


We also offer a 10% discount on class packages with valid ID.

     We recommend you bring a mat, towel, and water.  We offer these items for purchase in our boutique, as well.


Don't have a mat?  No problem!  We offer Manduka PRO mats for rent, just $10 ($5 for members). We also offer a variety of Manduka mats for purchase.

    No, we do not have locker rooms or showers at Santosha Studios. 


We do, however, have 2 large restroom/changing rooms available for your use.

If your child is at least 14 years old, they may attend class with you.  Please create a Mindbody account for your child, and sign the waiver for their class participation.


To attend on their own, they need to be at least 16 years old, with a signed parental waiver.

Class packages and memberships are not transferrable.  This means you cannot "share" a class package or membership with another person.
